About this Speaker
Mo is one of the Co-Creators of Watch This Sp_ce, an award-winning diversity and inclusion company. She is a diversity and inclusion expert, Non-Exec Director, Charity Board Trustee, writer, conference speaker, mentor and campaigner.
She climbed the corporate career ladder, working in international tech corporations, and led many employee engagement, change management and diversity and inclusion programs progressing to Senior Management at corporate level.
After leaving corporate life, she worked in the digital sector, qualified as an NLP Master Practitioner, and co-created Watch This Sp_ce to help organisations reimagine how they work to include everyone and access the benefits of diverse, inclusive teams where everyone can thrive.
